Anyone else committed to fitness here?


I just started frequently lifting (3 times a week) about 2 months ago. I am now starting a HST routine tomorrow, which is still on a M/W/F split. I am looking for pure mass gains at this time; I will cut come summer. I would like to see your routine/goals/progress in comments!

  1. Commited is probably the wrong word. I try to do what I can but I know I could push myself a lot more..I need to start lifting.

    For now its only jogging, bodyweight exercises and cycling.

  5. I'm currently doing P90X, I recommend doing it. It's a great workout, and you'd get great results if you're committed.

  6. I am not committed as much as I want to be, next week when I start at my new campus I get access to a free gym so I'll be working hard!
